Step 1: You Refer Then We Contact Your Friend

• Our team will reach out within 1-3 business day

Availability:

• Season: October 1st - May 30th 
• Booking: Reach out to us for your discount code
• Validity: 18 months from when you earn your reward
• Transferable: Yes! You can gift it to family or friends

Fees:

• Cleaning Fee: One-time fee covers the cost of cleaning and preparing the property for your stay

Blackout Dates:

• Statutory holidays and special events (with advance notice)
• Maintenance periods (alternative dates provided)

Eligibility:

• Referrals must be genuine prospects not currently working with other agents
• Cannot be existing Worthy Real Estate clients from the past 24 months
• Must result in a completed real estate transaction (purchase or sale)

Geographic Area:

• Primary: Comox Valley, Qualicum Beach and Campbell River
• Extended: Vancouver Island and Lower Mainland

Reward Limits:

• No annual caps - refer as many friends as you want!
• Multiple rewards - each successful referral earns separate rewards, every additional referral equals 1 additional night

Important Notes:

• Rewards are earned only upon successful transaction completion
• Partial rewards are not provided for incomplete transactions
• All bookings subject to availability and seasonal constraints
