The Comox Valley is considered an amenity destination. It has everything that anyone could possibly want including excellent schools, a modern hospital, post-secondary education, big box stores and small-townliving.
As of December 2018, the Comox Valley edged slightly into a buyer’s market. The good news is that average sale prices for houses and condominiums were still up although there was a slight drop in townhouse sales prices. The bad news is that there is a bit more inventory than last year resulting in the average sale taking 42 days, with the bulk of these home sales between 400K and 700K sale price.
The Vancouver Island Real Estate Boards most recent buyers’ profile for Vancouver Island has 41% of new buyers coming from elsewhere in British Columbia and 35% of buyers from Vancouver Island. With my extensive Vancouver Island and Lower Mainland ties, I have an extensive network of buyers.
What does that mean for you as a seller? It means finding the right Realtor for you is more important than ever. A Realtor that has a marketing plan and a process to sell your house for the maximum dollar value and the least amount of stress.
My entire goal is to ensure that you are looked after. Selling takes a lot of teamwork, and I will be with you every step of the way.
